Lighthouse gives you a number. Ahrefs gives you a list. AuditMySite gives you a composite score across SEO, speed, conversion, AI visibility, accessibility and security — and tells you in one sentence why each metric matters for your revenue.

Analyzer vs checker

What separates an analyzer from a checker.

An SEO analyzer goes one level deeper than an SEO checker. A checker confirms whether a signal is present or absent. An analyzer explains why each signal matters, models its predicted revenue impact, and ranks fixes by ROI. AuditMySite's analyzer does both — every check has a written explanation a non-technical user can act on.

FAQ

About the analyzer, answered.

What's the difference between an SEO checker and an SEO analyzer?

A checker runs a binary test on a fixed list of items: title present, meta present, sitemap present. An analyzer goes one level deeper — it explains why each finding matters, models the £ impact, and contextualises the score against industry benchmarks. AuditMySite's analyzer does both: every check has a written explanation a non-technical user can act on.

Does the analyzer use real field data or simulated lab data?

Both. Lab data runs on every audit from a fresh headless Chrome instance at the 4G + slow CPU profile Google uses for index ranking. Field data from CrUX (Chrome User Experience Report) is fetched and overlaid when available — typically for sites with over 1,000 monthly visitors. The score uses field data as primary and lab data as fallback.

Why six engines, not just SEO?

Modern search rewards composite quality, not just keywords. Google's ranking algorithm uses Core Web Vitals signals, AI Overview engines reward citation-friendly structure, accessibility issues now affect indexability, and conversion UX issues correlate with bounce-rate signals that affect rankings. Analysing in isolation misses 60% of the actual ranking drivers.

How is the composite score calculated?

Each engine's sub-score is weighted by predicted revenue impact in your industry vertical. SEO and Conversion UX typically carry the highest weight for B2C, while AI Visibility and Schema carry higher weight for B2B SaaS and publishers. The full weighting model is documented in the deep-dive PDF report.

Can the analyzer compare my site against competitors?

Yes. Add up to three competitor URLs free and see your composite score side-by-side, with per-engine breakdown. The £29 deep-dive adds a 12-row strategic benchmark — title-tag density, schema coverage, AI Overview citation rate, average LCP, conversion UX score — across all four sites.

Is there an API for the analyzer?

Yes, available on the £299/mo AutoFix Pro and £599/mo Agency plans. Endpoints: POST /audits to enqueue, GET /audits/:id for results, webhooks for completion. Rate-limited per plan. See /docs for full schema and authentication.
